Notwithstanding delays regarding increased demand and/or COVID-19, all orders are processed + shipped from our facility within 3-5 business days. Any delays in processing times will be noted on the checkout page before placing an order

Please note all candles are handmade to order and can take up to a week to craft.

We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $75 USD within the United States. Once complete, your product Will be shipping via USPS Priority Mail which typically takes 2-4 business days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

* Soy wax does best in temperatures 75 degrees and below. Please track your package and ensure it does not sit out in the summer heat*
